Pricing & Memberships

Make an impression with your clients during your time with them!  Studio rentals now receive exclusive use of The Studio Hampton Roads during the rental period.  When you rent the studio, your shooting space includes The Main area (previously the common area) and one additional room of your choice:  The Luxury Suite, The Classic Suite, The Petite Suite or the Multimedia Studio.  

**It is important to note that set up, clean up, hair and makeup are all included in your rental time.   You will be billed for any additional time at the studio outside of the agreed timeframe.**  

 

 


STUDIO HOURLY RENTAL RATES

For photography & videography use.

Hourly rates require two (2) hours minimum rental.  In order to fully reserve the studio, full payment is required, along with a signed contract.

All renters must have a $50 security deposit on file (fully refundable pending post session checklist. Refund issued only upon request).

2 Hour Minimum
$40 per hour Weekdays
$45 per hour Weekends
 
 
Add ons:  
Add an extra studio room for $25.00
Boudoir Wardrobe:  $35.00
Maternity Wardrobe: $35.00
 
 

FULL HOUSE RENTAL

Full house rentals include all of the studios in the house (Luxury Studio, Classic Studio, Collective Studio, Petite Suite and The Main Suite.)

All renters must have a $50 security deposit on file (fully refundable pending post session checklist. Refund issued upon request). 

Full payment is required.  

 2 Hour Minimum

$70 per hour Weekdays
$80 per hour Weekends  

  

 



OFFICE USE RENTAL RATES

The Studio Hampton Roads allows you the ability to impress your clients during consultations, reveals and IPS sessions.  The Main Suite is tastefully and comfortably decorated.  Enjoy access to included coffee and beverages while making your business successful!  

All renters must have a $50 security deposit on file (fully refundable pending post session checklist. Refund issued upon request).

1 Hour Minimum
$20 per hour 8am - 4pm
 
 
**Important note.  The rates for Office Use are listed for Office/Meeting/Sales use only.  If you would like to rent the Studio as a studio room for photography, please see Hourly Rates above.  

MEETING SPACE RENTAL

Enjoy our spacious downstairs common area for your next meeting.  Perfect for weekly MLM meetings, workshops, pop-up events and parties!
