As a devoted portrait + wedding photographer and owner of Sami Roy Photography, Sami strives to capture her client’s most precious moments for them to enjoy for many years to come.
Sami's a Mom-boss, wine and coffee lover, devoted wife and tired mamma of a 3 year old little dude.

Meet Leah
Co- Owner of The Studio Hampton Roads & Owner of Leah Ariel Photography
Leah has a passion for working with professionals and entrepreneurs to create custom, targeted content to share their stories with their clients. As owner of Leah Ariel Photography, she specializes in professional headshot, personal branding, and marketing photography.
Leah is a work-at-home, home schooling mom to two amazing littles. She'd rather drink Slurpees over coffee any day! Leah loves finding ways to serve her community. As such, she serves on the board of nonprofit Habesha Momma and is co-chair of Nimmo United Methodist Church Missions & Outreach Committee.
"My biggest passion in life is helping other entrepreneurs achieve their dreams. Photography is my dream and I have been blessed to turn into a business. I believe that the future in advertising is the entrepreneur truly connecting with their consumer. My goal is to create a style for their brand that authentically sells the experience.
Since purchasing The Studio with Sami, I have met so many amazing creatives in our area! I LOVE helping creatives learn how to turn their hobbies into a career. It's pretty incredible that our space can serve as a place where creatives can learn from one another and grow.

The Studio Hampton Roads is a versatile modern studio setting designed to provide photographers, artists and small business owners a professional environment in which to conduct business and develop creative projects.
Whether using The Studio as the perfect backdrop for your portrait clients or to host consultations, workshops, pop up shops or other business meetings and get-togethers, The Studio is equipped with a variety of customizable settings and layouts to achieve quality results. Equipped with two fully styled studios, a large common meeting area designed for pop up office space, a makeup station and modern furniture and decor, The Studio allows you to stage your work flow, professional presentation, team meeting or event as it best suits you and your clients.
A two-hour minimum is required for all bookings, and affordable full day rates offer substantial savings and extra time to create and host your clients. Available for small weddings and receptions as well, The Studio is a perfect setting for those small, intimate gatherings looking for a reasonably priced, quality venue.
